During this tasting session, you will taste five Pecorino wine of different vintage. A sommelier will present each wine and you will learn how climate, land, grape varietal and making process contributes to make each wine unique.
This wine tasting is focused on vintage. You will taste five different vintages of the same wine maker and see how climate, that changes every years, affect sensory properties of a wine and decide what is the best vintage for that producer.
Wine tasting is paired with sampling of local olive oils, cheeses, cold cuts and local vegetables.
